Powerful Partners Registration

The following proposal is an explanation of the foundation, process, expectations, and benefits of the Powerful Partners program. This program is designed to help you deepen your sense of purpose, achieve progress and growth, confidence, presence, and direction, while achieving business, life and/or career objectives.  Note: Your signature is required at the bottom of this form. OVERVIEW OF THE POWERFUL PARTNERS PROGRAM Powerful Partners is a comprehensive experience designed to support you in achieving personal and professional growth and development. The program includes a combination of 1:1 coaching sessions, group sessions, and access to valuable coaching resources. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE The primary objective of the Powerful Partners Program is to clarify your personal and professional purpose, and to help you intentionally align with your purpose by creating awareness, actionable steps, projects, community, and accountability. THE COACHING RELATIONSHIP The coaching relationship in the Powerful Partners Program is based on the definition provided by The International Coach Federation: "Professional Coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses, or organizations. Through the process of coaching, clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life. In each meeting, the client chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions." THE COACH’S ROLE As your Coach, I will provide honest and direct feedback. I will challenge you with thought-provoking questions and offer my observations and suggestions. I will make direct requests to support action, and I will celebrate your success. YOUR ROLE You agree to take ownership of your decisions and results. You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for psychological counseling or therapy, and you also agree not hold the coach liable for actions or results resulting from referrals. You agree to attend the sessions and complete any assignments jointly agreed upon. COMMUNICATION We agree to maintain open and effective communication throughout the program. Please keep me informed of any significant life and work developments that may impact coaching sessions. PROGRAM STRUCTURE The program includes (6) 1:1 coaching sessions with Missy as well as (8) virtual Coach and Connect meetings with the Powerful Partners community and various bonuses. You are responsible for scheduling your private sessions with Missy through your membership portal. Sessions are 50-minutes in length and will be held via phone call. Private Coaching Sessions are available to be booked on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 1-5 PM EST, unless otherwise approved by Missy. The group Coach and Connect meeting schedule and registration link is also available in your membership portal. Please register for these sessions in advance and be sure they are in your calendar. ADDITIONAL SUPPORT You will have email and phone access to Missy for brief conversations between scheduled coaching calls as needed. Please take advantage of this valuable benefit! CONFIDENTIALITY We agree to maintain strict confidentiality as outlined in the following terms: - All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential. - The Coach will not use the Client's name as a reference without explicit permission. - Confidentiality is subject to applicable state and federal laws. INVESTMENT AND TERMINATION You agree to the financial terms of the program as specified in the registration form attached to this agreement. (Regardless of your payment preference, Powerful Partners is a 12-month commitment.) TERMINATION Powerful Partners is a one-year commitment, however, either party may terminate the agreement within the first 30 days. The first month's fees will not be returned, but no further charges will be incurred. After 30 days, no refunds will be given. ACCEPTANCE Your signature below indicates acceptance of the terms of this agreement.
